MS wanted the autopsy done.Florida law required an autopsy be done.
MS only publically asked for one after that fact came to light.

And what cave have you been hiding in?
There is very serious doubt as to whether she "did this to herself" or not.

MS wanted the autopsy done. The state of Florida requires an autopsy if a body is to be cremated. MS had no choice.

Of course they will know from the autopsy but that doesn't fit with the nutjob conspiracy theories surrounding this case. Be careful using logic and keeping a rational mind about you, it will offend many around these parts.

The only eating disorder Terri had: Judge Greer ORDERED that she not be allowed any food.

I'm embarrassed for nation-of-laws and liberty-loving conservatives everywhere. The feeling's mutual... and then some.

I heard that there was going to be an autopsy whether MS wanted it or not and when that was decided then suddenly Felos was announcing that MS wanted an autopsy - to clear his name sort of - but now the autopsy has been ordered sealed by Greer...
I can't believe they expect us to swallow this. They must hope their friends will protect them until the media interest dies down and we'll all just go away.

Sure, I'm nuts and so are her doctors:
"On February 25, 1990, Terri Schiavo suffered severe brain damage caused by a cardiac arrest brought on by chemical imbalances in the blood due to bulimia. "
Bulimia - hmmm, EATING DISORDER. Her friends and family admitted it ages ago - now it's all revisionist history... I find it pretty hypocritical and "holier-than-thou" for people "grieving" for Terry to call others murderers and label other people "Nuts" for disagreeing with them. I stand by my opinion - doesn't mean I'm right, but it also doesn't mean you are correct either. What I really find sad is the amount of people making this into a political issue.

Actually, even though MS was trying to appear magnanimous - its the law in Florida that if there is to be a cremation there must be an autopsy.
I find it particular disgusting that MS will not tell her parents where Teri's remains are to be interned.

Yes, and he would NOT permit an impartial observer... By "impartial observer" do you mean the parent's "hired gun"? *rolls eyes*

but that's why FLorida has a law for mandatory autopsies before cremation. Naturally, there will be questions about the Medical Examiner, any alliances he may or may not have with either Greer or Bush, etc., etc., etc. But, there definitely was an autopsy

The cremations I know of took at least two weeks or more for return of the body.Does not take that long.

Why - isn't she in Heaven with God where she wanted to be?The same argument can be made for every soul that perished in the Holocaust.
"So what? If they're so religious, why are they so afraid of death?"
Evil loves stupidity.

Good thing Mikie "wanted" an autopsy because this was one last aspect of Terri's life and death HE HAD NO CONTROL OVER. By Fl law autopsy is mandatory if body to be cremated.
I wonder if the autopsy will confirm the medical opinions that Terri never suffered a heart attack. That will perhaps lead to a reinvestigation of the "bulimia" collapse story. I also hope the ME looked for evidence of insulin poisoning, although don't know how long such evidence would remain in her body.
