No kidding. It's not like high school girls are known for their ability to keep secrets.
This isn't new or unusual. A high school teacher of mine did/does that, and he's still teaching.

The sad thing is even if you elimated all homosexuals, sluts, and co-habitators from the teacher ranks this fellow and his wife would still be teaching.
I guess random, mandatory drug testing for all government employees is the best answer.
This only works if the teacher is female.
