More on the custody case of the husband and wife who divorced, "out" husband got custody, then his homosexual "partner" was court ordered to move out.

There is a lot about this case which is not apparent.

One thing that IS apparent is that the 2003 SCOTUS decision protecting sodomy was very, very bad. Not only was it very bad, but is will continue to have very bad effects. And why in **** can't states decide whether they want to prosecute sodomy as a crime or not?
