I heard a tape of this last evening and it literally sounded like Rush had lost his mind. He was all over the map; something about the State of New York being after him. I am assuming since he works some times in New York, the taxman up there wants good ole Rush to pay some state taxes. Does anyone know what is going on with him? He literally sounded insane.
pray for Rush. he sounds like he is burning out.

Rush is NOT insane...if you were a long time listener...you would know that Rush is VERY sane...and Rush is right.

A lot of people feel like Rush around April 15.
He didn't sound insane to me. Just angry and fired up.
It just sounds like what I would say if I had the same opportunity as Rush does.
Rush was way too angry. We are all entitled to be angry at times, but he was over the top. I was concerned about him.
I agree with all the stuff he said about phoney Republicans; but what was all that rambling about the "State of New York" and people wanting into his "backpocket." That was the crazy stuff.
Lots of people thought John the Baptist was crazy.
I felt EXACTLY the same way Mon. night after I came back from John O'Neill's ("Unfit for Command") lecture at UD: the whackos and so-called "peace acivists" tried to monopolize the microphones, to the point I could have strangled them! In love.
Rush is rightly P O'd. Most Republicans ARE wimps and I'm P O'd about that too. Hitlery ain't no wimp. That witch eats wimps for breakfast.

one thing that's frustrated me for years about the pubbies--
they don't promote themselves to the public.
meanwhile, the democrats control most of tv and noospapers.
I would say it is a good bet that the State of NY is looking for some money. Residency can be a tricky thing. I hope, and I am fairly certain, that Rush can document where he spends most of his time...and hopefully it is outside of New York.

What Rush needs to do is find a way to move all of his operations out of New York, that would be one way to tell NY to F-off.
