How many times do these liberal rags have to get caught?
It seems that when the story fits their worldview, liberals lose all critical thinking.

The author's failure to accurately report...and...fabrication of details ... are clear violations of the Globe's journalistic standards, Since when?

"How many times do these liberal rags have to get caught?"
Wrong question.
Correct question:
Why do people continue to subsidize these lying Marxist propagandists?
If people will cancel subscriptions, avoid web site visits and insist that advertisers pull their ads (aka a two-stage boycott) we will see the truth. Not from THESE places, but from those who have been proclaiming it all along.

Details included the number of hunters, a description of the scene, and the approximate age of the cubs. The author's failure to accurately report the status of the hunt and her fabrication of details at the scene... I suspect that most of these leftist articles full of mush, appealing to sentiment, are written before the author actually observes the activity. This time, the logical next step was taken - don't even bother going along to observe. Since you already know what you want to say, why bother going? It's not like any factual information would change the author's mind.

The problem, however, was that the hunt did not begin on Tuesday; it was delayed by bad weather and was scheduled to start on Friday, weather permitting LOL!

U.S. activists, who says the seals are killed inhumanely, are urging consumers to shun Canadian seafood until the hunt is stopped. Who wants Canadian fish? I'm hanker'n for a nice thick slab of baby seal blubber! Yum-yum.

The problem, however, was that the hunt did not begin on Tuesday; it was delayed by bad weather and was scheduled to start on Friday, weather permitting, the Globe said in an editor's note. Tuesday...Friday...what's the difference. It could have happened.
As long as it wasn't on a Thursday. Never could get the hang of Thursdays.
