Is it just me, or does it seem that there are quite a few instances like this, where the left seems to want to resurrect the Clinton-era "EvilWhiteGunOwningBibleBelievingRedneckMilitia" boogeyman. It's like they want to go back to the days when they controlled the official "mainstream" of public opinion, when the biggest threats out there to our freedom were zombie-like hyper-Christian "cultists" , "anti-government militias" and anti-abortion protestors.

They seem tried of seeing their Muslim buddies being treated as if they are potential bad guys. They want Janet Reno back.
