Am giving up on the US Episcopal church, and am going to convert to the Roman Catholic church.
Well, hurry up and get over here with the rest of us Converts!
My Parish converted en masse to the Roman Catholic Church-even my Anglican Priest who's know an RC Priest. It's great.
"On Monday, Ratzinger, who was the powerful dean of the College of Cardinals, used his homily at the Mass dedicated to electing the next pope to warn the faithful about tendencies that he considered dangers to the faith: sects, ideologies like Marxism, liberalism, atheism, agnosticism and relativism - the ideology that there are no absolute truths."
From the Drudge Report. Who can argue with that?
Does anybody know what order Ratzinger was ordained into?

I gave up being a lifelong Episcopalian a few years ago.
The disgusting trends in that church had started several years before they made Robinson a bishop.
Since I am now spending most of my time in Slovakia, I have been to mass several times at several of the fine Catholic churches here.
This evening, the bells of St Martin's Cathedral in Old Town Bratislava were ringing for over an hour.

My heart lept with joy to read this. I think you should prepare to lead many more in a like journey. I have a feeling this pope is going to cause a great winnowing.
My wife and I have been active in our parish's RCIA program. I have a special place in my heart for converts. Welcome to the family.
