A stupid move by Voinovich if that's what actually happened -- embarassing a committee chair like that. That's a good way to alienate your Party.
This episode doesn't worry me as much concerning Bolton (like I give a crap who the UN Ambassador is) -- but it's a bad precedent for the "nucular" option. I'm worried that we have too many "Senator Benedict Arnolds" like Voinovich. The sad thing is, Voinovich is bulletproof in this state.

I just called the Senate Republican Committee...the money raising arm for the GOP Senate. I told 'em I was so angry I couldn't see straight, and that I WAS a volunteer, money-giver, and voter for the Republicans. I am mad that they are LETTING the DEMOCRATS win!!

What the h*ll is going on??? An hour ago, things were fine. Now I get home and turn on these shiftless morons from both parties and I hear they are going to extend the time for a vote and "investigate" some more.
