Since it appears Malloy is a recognized "authority" and his book can be considered something of a "standard" for sale persons and so forth, I would say there is no case here.

This is NOT racial hostility in the least. The book is meant to help the worker be more successful in his job. That the book offers advice tailored to the needs of various (disadvantaged?) minority employees should be to its CREDIT, not detriment. In this case Infinity and Viacom are being penalized for trying to HELP their individual employees succeed rather than become an abrasive, balkanized, multicultural cesspool.
