since the reporter worked for the arizona republic newspaper in phoenix, it was a highly visible story.
journalists across the country gave the story lots of publicity.

but this is a serious matter. many on this forum wonder why the president of the united states and washington do not listen to their complaints about illegal immigration.
if you look at the history of the elites of the u.s. and mexico, they are intertwined in business and marriage.
therefore they have more influence than you.
