There are consequences to every action. Like I said, there's a possibility she could have died at childbirth. SO WHAT? Life is full of risks...no guarantees. You make the best decision for yourself at the time. My point is breast cancer is very low on the list of reasons not to have an abortion.
The odds of her getting breast cancer are doubled.
Dying in childbirth (long a PP canard)
is far, far rare.
When you're in your teens or early twenties and have an unwanted pregnancy, BELIEVE me, you don't give a damn.
I reread what you wrote and my last response was really not the right one. Of course they should tell you, I'm surprised they don't. But it still doesn't mean anything. My mother had breast cancer, my brother died of lung cancer and my father died of colon cancer. Do you think that stops me from doing everything that they say cause cancer?
OK - I think I understand where you're coming from.
Your experience however, has not been the same as my experience.
Note to self: having an opinion is not the same as having the answer... hmmm
No. But you're a fool (or have a death-wish) if you don't adjust your life-style in some fashion.
I make decisions as to quality and quantity. There are some things I will not give up because it MAY cause cancer. I prescribe to the theory that I can walk out the house and get hit by a car tomorrow. I was pronounced dead when I was 19 in a car accident. I'm here on borrowed time anyway, as we all are.
ping to self for later pingout.
Hi,
It was hard to write my testimony. It happened just as I said. It is not important to know that I have convinced anyone to believe me. For, me, it was a blessing to get it said. I believe it may help other women.
Some have written and told me it did. I have been invited to do a 6 state tour of Australia and 3 City tour of New Zealand in September of this year. There are people who want to hear me speak on the proven physiological pathways of the abortion-breast cancer link.
Whatever your life brings you, I hope you find the courage to face your failings as well as your strengths.
