I believe it was July 16, 1969 the same day as Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. I could be a day off.

I believe Armstrong walked on the Moon 1 or 2 days after.

Teddy is just too repulsive and repugnant for words. I think Athos over on LGF said it best:

"To say Teddy is a pantload is an insult to crap filling underwear."

Apollo 11 landed on the Moon on July 20, 1969, and Armstrong walked on it the same day. The mission started on 7/16. http://www.nasa.gov/vision/space/features/apollo11_35th.html
