More Liberal Intolerance. Shutting Daily Kos Down.

If there was any doubt that my fellow Democrats with white skin, the notorious white liberal, is the most intolerant creature on the planet, all you have to do is check one of their most popular daily blogs, the Daily Kos, to see how they operate. After I posted the column below, Daily Kos ACTUALLY SHUT DOWN the site and banned me from posting there. Keep in mind, I didn't use profanity. All I did was disagree with their opinion on Air America Radio. Also keep in mind that Daily Kos himself called for a boycott of Time Magazine after they published a cover story on Ann Coulter last week.

Whats a KOS? I remember KAOS from the tv show "Get Smart" (wasn't 99 gorgeous!), but have not heard of a KOS.

Sounds like you're a little less surprised this week than you were last week to discover the simmering intolerance and racism of your fellow Democrats. This is good, you're making progress.

The action by the Daily Kos is simply another example of the intolerance of the Left. They are a collection of petty dictators. They can't stand anyone who disagrees with them. From their perspective,disagreement with these self-named "progressives" indicates bad breeding, stupidity, and an evil nature. Anderson got banned because he didn't parrot the Daily Kos line. Would-be totalitarians.

Reason #5 why liberal talk radio will not succeed: Liberals are incapable of promoting their agenda without lying or using weasel words. Any Rush listener could tear apart their thinly veiled attempts at stealing our money and our rights in two minutes.

You make an excellent point. Most black Americans are already living on the liberal plantation, so there's nothing to be gained by hiring minority radio hosts.

Conservatives, on the other hand, have made a sincere effort to reach out to minorities. The difference is that conservatives want minorities to achieve through education and hard work, while liberals promise (but never deliver) free handouts at the expense of tax-paying conservatives.

Why work for it when you can get it for free?

I was listening to them regularly for a while last year to see what was up. Al Franken is pretty depressing for libs, very monotone. Randy Roads is insane, calling for crazy things like our troops going to Canada, calling our troops war criminals, but saying it is Bushes fault.

I recommend you sample Randy from 3-6pm if you like to hear libs rant. I loved the show the day Kerry conceded the election. It was like Christmas for me.

Yeah. I know. The last time I posted something over here, the Daily Kos enforcers were lurking and went berserk. They accused me of being a conservative, a Republican, a troll, on the Armstong Williams payroll, etc. I got some private emails suggesting I'd had homosexual relationships with Clarence Thomas and Jesse Lee Peterson. It's really ridiculous. And to think, I've taken the verbal abuse from the white libs and am still trying to help these folks because I'm a Democrat too. I just don't think it wise to follow any political party without asking questions. I love radio ... good radio. And even though I disagree with them politically, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Michael Savage are at the top of their game because they have good shows. That said, the last few months I've heard plenty of complaints from conservatives challenging the Party's leadership on securing the borders, ending the filibuster on judges, and pushing the Party's reps to deliver for the Right. There doesn't seem to be a silencing of people who don't cheer, "conservatives are great, let's focus any 'negativity' on Democrats."

It's great to see a leftist squirm as he admits his positions are a pile of crap. Air America is failing because every day after the first host says "I hate Bush" then switches to "Conservatives suck." and repeats these stupid phrases 100 times, there is nothing left for the next jerk to bleat.

There has aways been a giant gap between white dems and blacks on the same side. The whites say, "You guys have your little caucus and do your little thing, then we'll swing the white Big Ticket guys around to your churches and we'll eat your barbecue and hug your ahnties and even pronounce "ahnt" right, and then you guys will go down and punch the "D" button. 'Kay?"

I've never myself been a member of a political party -- I choose to think for myself and come to each issue with logic. So I'm not going to be like everyone else and beseech you to join our merry conservative band, but I do have to wonder out loud how you can tolerate being in the same party as that racist former Klan recruiter Robert Byrd.

...just look at nationally-syndicated Black talk show hosts and you'll find that most of them are conservatives (i.e. Larry Elder, Ken Hamblin (The Black Avenger"), Jesse Lee Peterson, and Armstrong Williams).

Don't forget Walter E. Williams. He doesn't have a show, but he does an excellent job filling in for Rush from time to time.

Hey Nate! I've really enjoyed reading this thread and I've enjoyed your straightforward honesty. Usually when someone identifies themselves as a democrat, it is accompanied by drooling insults and inane stereotypes. You, on the other hand seem interested in genuine dialog and are up front that you don't agree with the typical FR mindset, but you're reasonable about it.

How refreshing. I hope you post here a good long time. Who knows, you may even "embrace the horror" and vote republican in 2008.

DailyKos is down, at moment. However, it went like this: Donna Brazile wrote a love poem for/to Howard Dean. Mark (DailyKos) was furious that Donna was writing love poems instead of bringing in voters and/or a voter roster of supporters. The ugly side of DailyKos was on full display.
