I should add the 'partial-panel' flying without the AI is only used in an emergency if the AI goes bad, to get you to the nearest safe airport.

"how long before mr. paul is eating lunch with mr. foster?"

And Mr. Mc Dougal, maybe he could take a trip to yugoslavia and his plane could fly into a mountain. Or he might go play on the railroad tracks in Mena AK.

I recommend that all JFK crash theorists read the NTSB report

The Clintons involved in JFK Jr.'s death seems a little far fetched, I admit. But that doesn't mean Peter Paul shouldn't be watching his soup.

Gottcha, When I did my first trip (alone) to Catalina Island, I was tempted to bring the family cat. You know, Just keep lifting up and dropping to make sure his feet hit the seat, not the inst. panel or ceiling.

LOL! That would have put you in the Pacific, for sure -- with deep scratch wounds that would have stung in the salt water!

I can remember once taking my wife and younger daughter on a trip to NJ after I had my license, but before getting an instrument rating. At first I couldn't understand why I had trouble maintaining a course, until I realized that it was so hazy that the horizon wasn't really there. After that, I flew mostly by the instruments and kept a good course.

My thought was Clinton 43. Must have been 42. Probably forgot on purpose, and to think I had the Almanac sitting right beside me. Shame.

How Dirty Money-Honey Hillary Finessed the Lazio Pledge

There's a reason First Senate Candidate Hillary Clinton wanted her soft money agreement with Rick Lazio to be completely informal, with no pledges to sign -- or anything else in writing, for that matter -- and no independent entity to monitor compliance.

And the reason is, she wants to continue to use soft money to run her campaign.

Already the Queen of Dirty Money -- as the usually Hillary-friendly New York Daily News dubbed her last week -- is playing fast and loose with the truth.

On Monday her campaign charged that Lazio had violated the agreement by accepting a $1,000 donation from the Wylie brothers, the Texas twosome that poured millions into George W. Bush's New York primary campaign. But the Wylie's $1,000 was donated at a hard money event. And, as even Dirty Money-Honey Hillary must know, $1,000 is the legal hard money limit.

More troubling still are the limited terms under which Hillary has agreed to "ban" soft money from her own campaign.

In fact, she has consented only to stop spending soft spend money on campaign advertising. Dirty Money-Honey Hillary can still raise as much of the soft stuff as she likes, as long as she uses only hard money to pay for ads.

Reporters say the Hillary-Lazio soft money deal puts her at a tremendous disadvantage, since her campaign goes through so much more of that kind of cash.

But a breakdown of her expense records reveals that Hillary's campaign ads account for a relatively small percentage of her overhead.

"The Clinton campaign had spent $14.9 million as of Aug. 23, according to its most recent disclosure filing to federal regulators," reported the New York Times Friday.

"Only $4 million of that, or 27 percent, went to commercials, perhaps the most crucial item in a campaign budget. Several political consultants not involved in the New York Senate race said they were surprised that so little of her money had been used for commercials."

In fact, Mrs. Clinton's campaign is top heavy in salaries, travel expenses and direct mail costs, which accounts for 73 percent of her overall budget.

With the possible exception of direct mail expenses (depending on how Dirty Money-Honey Hillary wants to interpret her unsigned, unmonitored agreement), those costs can continue to be funded by soft money. Another way of looking at it is; the Hillary-Lazio soft money ban will impact just a little more than a quarter of Mrs. Clinton's overall campaign budget.

All Mrs. Clinton has to do is move the soft money out of her ad budget and continue to raise campaign cash the old fashioned way.

Don't look for those White House sleepovers to stop anytime soon.

A friend of my father is a pilot and said that plane that JFK Jr. was flying does not into a tail spin or a dive like they said

Sorry, but your friend knows zip. JFK jr died as a result of a "deadman's spiral". Any pilot can put their plane into an unrecoverable spiral. When the plane crashes, the g forces on the plane are so great, the wings fall off-- consistent with their findings of the JFK jr plane.

Also, he was inexperienced with flying at night on instruments in that plane. It was pilot error.

"To this day I still can`t find the results of that autopsy. Look, this is the only thing I could find about it but I can never find the results of that autopsy..."

Ted ordered 'no autopsies'. . .on the face of it, this sounded strange; but now, seems reasonable for a Kennedy that is.. .

Given Carolyn's drug habit; Ted determined that he would override even the risk of any 'taint' here on the family; particularly his brothers child. . .but most importantly to protect the 'family name'. . .(and to keep what would be, the ensuing 'law suits' under control. . .).

I think this is whyTed ordered the immediate cremation of the three - much to the rightful dismay; anger of the Bessette family. This was done before they even arrived on scene.

And while the Clinton's may have been already dreaming of their own sequel to John Kennedy; whatEVER that might take. . .think like so often. . .the Kennedy family, once again. . .presented their own grotesque ending; as they have done on so many other occasions.

And no doubt, in doing so, managed to save the Clinton's a great deal of time/energy and resources; save their efforts to make their 'sad face' at the funeral.

A 'piece of cake' for Hillary. ..but a challenge for Bill. . .

This is my take on events that might easily appear to have 'conspiracy tones' ; but can more reasonably be judged by the typical . . .unfortunate 'Kennedy' choices.

"Has Peter Paul ever been tried/sentenced for his stock fraud actions..."

Yes, and that will be Hitlery's defense...that he's a felon and any testimony from him should be stricken.

(But everyone knows that this is just the kind of people the cheeky Clintons love to rub elbows with. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that they have a hit man on staff.)

You would think that the people who surround the Clintons would have learned by now. It's a bad thing to be connected to them.

Doug, what can be done if the judge, a Clinton appointee, began the trial by saying that it had nothing to do with Hillary and that any inference to that effect would not be allowed during the trial. Truly weird!
