Well, this approach worked well for Thomas' Designing Women (wasn't that the one where the women spoke of that nice governor from Arkansas), right down to getting us used to the accents of Bill and Hill.
TV is still a powerful medium- people use sitcom plots as real examples- "Well, on [name show] they solved the homeless problem by opening free shelters with needle exchanges, so it might work in {name city]."

Exactly. It, as the west wing, is designed for one thing, to sway people to elect a particular party. what is new with this, is that it is designed to promote Hillary. Has anyone called the FEC on this?
