If a citizen knows a crime is being committed and fails to report it, isn't that a crime? Why should it be any different for the county police? They knew that Federal law was being broken (illegal immigrants) and did nothing to stop it, nor did they report it to the Feds. Seems to me there could be a case. Sadly, nothing will happen from it.

It amazes me that Montgomery County wants us to obey and respect their laws, but they think it's okay to give the finger to federal laws. It's the old "do as I say and not as I do".
