FReepers, Tony is all over this story. It has legs, and we are watching history unfold. Hillary Rodham Clinton, you are going down. Your criminal activity cannot go on forever.
I received a heads up and wanted to post it right away so FReepers can make their listening plans. I hope you or someone else can post the Tony Snow thread the rest of the week.
Sounds soooooo encouraging.
Thanks.
Another NEW YORK TIMES story is imminent.

Oh Good , 9:20am EST is much better
Great. Thanks for putting up his phone number. At night I can actually get that station sometimes and have listened to a replay falling asleep. It's good hearing it live online in the morning.
Hitlary and the MSM will simply dismiss this as another unfounded and vicious attack from the VRWC. No story here. Move along.
This time we have witnesses, documents, and an FBI wire on David Rosen. He goes to trial on Tuesday in L.A. David, save yourself.
Is she REALLY going to go down in flames this time?
She is so corrupt yet untouchable. I have high hopes but know that nothing has stuck to her in the past...
MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS --- A demand letter was delivered by courier to her office. She cannot claim that she didn't know.
If she doesn't go down before Jan. 20, 2008, I am going to have to build a fortified bunker somewhere in Idaho and change my name to Doug from Idaho so she can't find me.
She might never be convicted, but if she is damaged enough, she'll never get into the Oval Office again.
very, very interesting...
How many lawyers do you think Hillary is going to have to employ? ;0)
Can anyone be at the Rosen trial in L.A. on Tuesday and get film or digital shots?
bump
Thanks for all your hard work. Pinging myself for tommorrow.
The indicted Clinton aide also expresses concern about a joint defense arrangement he has with the former first couple's legal team.
"The former White House wanted to hire, or argue the case in a certain way," Rosen says in the transcript. "And I did it for them. Like, I bit the bullet and went in as a guinea pig, and argued their argument for me."
Rosen hinted that if he wanted to, he could have implicated higher-ups.
"Instead of frettin' and runnin' and coverin' my ass," he told Reggie, "I was a good soldier. ... So far it's worked out, but I coulda done it a lot different."
If you are in Texas, you can listen to a replay of Tony's show at 7:00pm-10:00pm ct. on KLIF 570AM--or online at www.klif.com, anywhere.
naaaah , we'll hide in plain sight ,...what'dya say ,...an apartment right near Bubba's office in Harlem ,no??
Hello, Ann Lewis. You are going to soon be out of a job.
"Brazil" was the only movie in years that has given me nightmares...serious ones.
May I quote Howard Dean?
EEEEEEEEEEyyyyyyyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Um, as many as it takes?
Thanks for the ping!
Hope its fruitful... but then Sandy Burgular didn't have 900+ FBI files in his computer to blackmail the bejesus out of certain high officials.. and he skated..,p>
God knows what the witch has now.. maybe even a 8mm tape from her friends in Vietnam showing John McLaim servicing his captors.. WHo knows..
1 - Some months after the campaign, Peter Paul becomes aware that Hillary has allowed her campaign finance director to twice lie and underreport in his info for the FEC...on July 16, 2001, he sends by courier a demand letter to Hillary that she report accurately in a final amended accounting to the FEC...she cannot say that she didn't know
2 - In his recent book "King of Cons," Tonken describes his sit-down with the former first lady in the backseat of a limo, where he gave her a chapter and verse update on the money her top aide was hiding from the feds.
"I told her about virtually every penny I'd spent on her behalf," Tonken recalled. "I told her about the money and what a pleasure it was to spend it on her candidacy."
Both Tonken and Paul kept meticulous records on the gala Hillary fundraiser - records prosecutors used to indict Mr. Rosen.
Excellent...
but the Sandy "the Burgular" Berger was caught with stuff in his pants.. IN HIS SHORTS YET.. and not a single late night comic touched such a comedy laden event.. Whats the odds of that happening.?..
This b!tch just might be the freepin anti-christ.. or his consort.. Dude, Tell Peter to watch his 6... LoL.. (like this hasn't said a 100 times).. ugh 101 times..
Wonder what kind of a rating life insurance actuaries assign to Clinton associates?!?
Pity Alamo-girl.com is not read more than it is..

Gala to help Sen. Clinton is focus of ex-aide's trial
Indictment accuses him of underreporting the cost of event
By RAYMOND HERNANDEZ
New York Times
WASHINGTON - It is a cast worthy of a political thriller: a former convict whose claims about a former president and first lady spurred a criminal investigation; a prominent senator's brother-in-law, who worked undercover for federal agents looking into the case; sworn enemies of the former first family trying to dig up fresh dirt; and Hollywood stars.
All these characters will share the spotlight Tuesday in a Los Angeles courtroom, where David Rosen, the former fund-raising director for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, will go on trial on charges that he illegally underreported the cost of a fund-raiser held for Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign.
The case is being closely watched because of its political implications for Clinton, who is not only running for re-election next year but is also considered a leading Democratic candidate for the presidency in 2008. While she has not been accused of any wrongdoing and is not expected to testify, the trial represents another potentially embarrassing chapter for the senator and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.
The criminal case is built around the claims of Peter Paul, a former convict who turned on the Clintons after producing a lavish Hollywood fund-raiser for Hillary Clinton in 2000. He claims Clinton's campaign staff did not disclose that he spent nearly $2 million on the event, money that should have been reported as a contribution to Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign.
Paul said he organized and served as a co-host for the affair a star-studded gala that charged $1,000 a person to win Bill Clinton's support for an Internet venture he had started with Stan Lee, the co-creator of Spider-Man.
But Paul says the Clintons turned their backs on him after the Washington Post disclosed his criminal past, which includes a guilty plea in 1979 to cocaine possession and an attempt to defraud the Cuban government out of millions.
Clinton representatives dismissed Paul's claims. They have sought to discredit him as a shady individual whose role in the 2000 fund-raiser stemmed only from his connection to the company he had started with Lee. Lee was listed as the host of the event, according to a copy of a program provided by Paul. Other luminaries on the program included Gray Davis, Gregory Peck, Norman Lear and Rob Reiner.
The indictment against Rosen states that he falsely reported that the gala cost $401,419 when it actually cost at least $1.2 million, a figure that includes at least $1.1 million worth of "in-kind" contributions of goods and services. Another of the event's organizers, Aaron Tonken, said Rosen faced a devil's choice: risk getting fired by exposing the gala's skyrocketing tab or cover up its true cost.
Tonken is serving 63 months for unrelated charges of defrauding charities of hundreds of thousands of dollars
You will hear more of Paul's escapade with the Cuban government for which he was convicted of a felony. He screwed Fidel Castro big time and sent money to freedom fighters in South America.
The Biased Liberal media is EAGER to report that Hitlery is
