Maybe this guy will get into a tussle while "resisting arrest" and they can leave whatever is left just over the border.
Illegal Immigrant or not .....violate a child --- DIE.
MOST especially with a prior violater and border jumper..
no I'd prefer they fasten each of his feet to shackles, fasten the shackles to rocks, strip him naked and wave goodbye.
Since he is not going to stay out of this country make him a permanent resident in the state pen. We owe it to the children.
Nah - taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for this piece of trash - just shoot the beast.
Recon the Border Patrol will slap his wrist and tell him not to attempt to come back. He'll be in Arizona in about 3 days.
Matthew 18:6 But whosoever shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
Millstone...too bad the millstone has a useful purpose and is worth more because it helps society. Sure would be a waste of a good millstone.
Cement overshoes...let 'im sleep wit da fishes tonight....

For certain classes of scum, and it seems to me previously-deported sex offenders are clearly the right class of scum, we should revive the Common Law concept of outlawry: a person who has forfeited the protection of the law by their contempt for it, and who may be killed by any citizen without repurcussion.
