Let's Withhold Donations From The NRSC And The RNC Until They Move On This Filibuster Fiasco!

Posted on 05/11/2005 6:01:36 AM PDT by conservativecorner

The National Republican Senatorial Committee deserves not a single cent for the job our senators are doing, and the RNC is so quiet that the Sprint Man thinks no one is there. My money will go the National Republican Congressional Committee because they represent what the party is about, and they aren't afraid to move on a contriversial issue.

Here's the NRCC'S homepage.

Same here. And it's not just the fillabuster issue, there's also our borders/immigration, out-of-control spending, and just basically being a spineless majority.

Every donation letter I get, I respond with "Not one damn dime until you secure the border."

I did the same thing this week. Instead of throwing their junk mail into the garbage, please write them a note, and return the mail with no $$$$$$$$$. How long do you think it would take before they got the message? Not long because they depend on dedicated supporters to run the committee, and I'm sick of sending donations while they all suck up to moderates and liberals. Let the supporters of Snowe, Voinibitch, Chafee and McCrazy send in the donations from now on. I'm done!

Good!! The RNC called me yesterday for a donation and I told them, "secure our borders" and "go nuclear on the democrats and their obstruction" and I'll THINK about another donation.

Im a monthly donor, not a lot, but they depend on donations like ours every month or so...so make your voices heard...if enough of us do it, they will get the message....hit them were it hurts...

I've been doing that for weeks now. Every call I get and every mailing I receive I respond to with "N0 Judges =No Money".

I even called up the Finance Director at the National GOP office and asked him to remove my name from their lists because a majority party acting like a minority party didn't need my contributions.

Here's my email message to these bozos...

For what it's worth, I (along with millions of other seniors) have worked very hard getting our republican majority in place. BUT now, we see that majority acting weak kneed and showing no leadership in support of our president's policies and our conservative values.

Until we see the republican leadership step up to the plate and put a stop to the minority gamesmanship, we have NO INTENTION of contributing on dime of our money, or one minute of our time to support a 'do nothing' republican congress.

Please understand what I am saying, because I am not alone out here in this world of seniors!

No problem. I make it a practice never to donate to the party or its committees. Conservative candidates only.

The NRCC has nothing to do with the filibuster. The NRSC might, but not the NRCC.

I've done the same thing. We got a mailing with two "pledge" cards and envelopes for May and June. Sending them a note stating no more money from us until judges are confirmed, borders are closed and they start acting like the majority party and take control of the Senate.
