Any comments or observations on the veracity of the report are welcome, preferably via FReepmail. I have already researched the FBI Uniform Crime Reports on hate crimes from 2000-2003. Muslims are not the major target of hate crimes and in fact the trend has been downward in their case. Religious hate crimes against Jews and all other non-Muslim religious group far outnumber those against Muslims. Another case of CAIR lies.

This is 4-year old Juliana McCourt. She died, along with her mom Ruth Clifford McCourt (pictured here), on Flight 175 on 9/11.

NEWTON, Mass. — Ruth Clifford McCourt and Paige Farley Hackel were inseparable in life. Tuesday, in a fluke of airline ticketing, they became inseparable in death. The best friends, along with McCourt's 4-year-old daughter, Juliana Valentine McCourt, planned to fly from Boston to Los Angeles together but couldn't get tickets on the same jet. So Hackel boarded American Airlines Flight 11. McCourt and her daughter boarded United Airlines Flight 175. Barely an hour later, both jets, commandeered by terrorists, crashed into the twin towers of New York's World Trade Center.

P.S. I never met little Juliana, but I knew her mom, and her friend Paige Farley Hackel, mentioned above.

• March 25th, 2004 – A Muslim man went to his local fire department to pick up a child safety seat. As he approached the building, a part-time fire fighter tried to block his entry while making the following statements: "Why should I let you in? Are you a terrorist? What are you going to do?"

Since when do you get a "child safety seat" at "the local fire department"? I had to buy mine at K Mart.

Continuing:

• August 8th, 2004 – A man was verbally harassed as he exited a mosque in Florida after Friday prayers. The assailant called him epithets such as “A f-ing Muslim”, and told him, “…if you breathe on me, I will die”.

• August 10th, 2004 - A Muslim man on his morning commute in Virginia reported that a car tailgated him, then went up beside him and yelled, "…f-ing terrorist, filthy motherf-ing raghead go back to the desert where you came from" and then got in front of him and slammed on his brakes.

• December 30th, 2004 - In California, a Muslim woman wearing hijab was pushing a stroller with her baby in it on the sidewalk when a man in a truck almost ran her over exiting a gas station. When she exclaimed, "You almost killed me and my baby!" The man replied, "It wouldn't have been a big loss."

Since when do you get a "child safety seat" at "the local fire department"? I had to buy mine at K Mart.

Just for the record, in many places the fire departments give away basic car seats to anybody who (claims that they) can't afford one. I'm assuming that you're reasonably well off, and never even thought of not being able to buy one. I found this service very useful when I was working at a "Crisis" Pregnancy Center. Many of our clients couldn't afford anything.

More "hate crimes" from p. 52 of the report:

April 24th, 2004 – A Muslim woman and her son were harassed, threatened and attacked by another woman while shopping in Pennsylvania. The woman yelled that American troops were fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan so that women did not have to dress like her and also hit her with her cart repeatedly. Employees of the store refused to call security when she requested that they do so and did not assist her in finding a phone to call the police.

• May 27th, 2004 - A Muslim man and his family were verbally harassed by a patron while eating at a restaurant in Florida. The offender called them ‘terrorists’. When the Muslim man complained, the manager elected to remove him from the premises instead of the offender.

• June 21st, 2004 – A Muslim man reported that while riding on a van that runs from New York to his home in Paterson, New Jersey, a group of Latino males harassed him. They hit him on his arm and made comments like, "take the bombs off before I kill you." The driver did not say anything until they began cursing him in Spanish at which point she asked them to stop.

• June 26th, 2004 – While driving home in Illinois, a Muslim woman was harassed and physically assaulted. Three individuals asked her for a lighter. When she replied that she did not have one, they became angry and said, “Stupid Muslims. F-cking Muslims” as they surrounded her car and repeatedly kicked it. When the victim stepped out of her car to confront them, one of the individuals punched her in the face and tore her hijab from her head.

• July 14th, 2004 – A Muslim-owned grocery store was torched and completely destroyed. Anti-Arab slurs that read, “F-ck you Arab” were found spray-painted on the scene.

• July 30th, 2004 – A Muslim woman from New York was soliciting donations on behalf of a charitable organization when she was verbally and physically attacked.

• August 6th, 2004 – A Muslim-owned market was burned down in Texas.

• August 13th, 2004 – A cabbie in New York was punched in the face while driving a cab near Ground Zero after the offender said to him, "You are Muslim." The offender was drunk and later charged with third degree assault and harassment.

• August 23rd, 2004 – In Tucson, Arizona, a Muslim family of Jordanian origin reported that their car was vandalized in the parking lot of their apartment building. Allegedly the car's tires were slashed and the windshield was smashed. A note taped to the vehicle read, “You are not welcome here. Go back home you stupid f-ckers.”

• September 12th, 2004 – In California, a Muslim man and his children placed an order at a drive through Burger King, when he overheard an employee say to his co-workers, "Look, Osama Bin Laden" is here.

• October 27th, 2004 – A community member filed a report of graffiti on a METRA stop in Illinois that read, “Kill all Muslims B4 they kill U.”

• October 29th, 2004 – Two Staten Island men were arrested and charged with hate crimes for allegedly hitting a Muslim student at Stony Brook University while shouting anti-Muslim slurs. Suffolk County police charged the 19 and 20-year old with criminal trespass in the second degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree as a hate crime. The two men allegedly knocked on a student's door and awoke him at about 4 a.m. The victim said he opened the door and the two men went into his room and began throwing items at him, hitting him and overturning furniture, all the while calling him anti-Muslim names.

• December 1st, 2004 – In Chesterfield, Virginia, a Sikh-owned gas station was destroyed by fire and anti-Muslim graffiti was found on a nearby trash container and shed. The fire is being investigated as an arson and possible hate crime.

• December 21st, 2004 – A fire that took place at a used car lot in Nebraska is being investigated as arson and a hate crime. Swastikas were spray-painted on the walls. Most of the graffiti involves derogatory references to Latinos and Arabs.

I wonder how many of these alleged arsons were set for insurance purposes?

Was on my way to post this on a prophecy thread but the title of this thread took me up short and for some reason, I think it might be of interest and import to this thread, too. As usual, Bold and color emphases are mine.

Do I think the author is right? I don't know; but it is disturbingly plausible. He could be exactly right.

I have wondered if the 10 regions--super countries the NWO is dividing the world up into would turn out to be the 10 nation confederacy of Bible Prophecy headed by the EU leader. But this scenario in this doc would probably fit Bible prophecy more accurately.

BTW, I think that Shrillery is determined to be head of the North AM region if not the Western Hemisphere if at all possible. I hope we can prevent THAT! No, I don't think she's the AC at all. She would be if she could be but that slot is taken by someone else. Perhaps this character in this doc.

PLEASE NOTE the mention of the NWO as a major goal of the EU.

[Yes, I'm aware of the earlier fragment of Scripture indicating that the number of the man may be 616 vs 666. I'm not sure that matters enormously. The symbolism the 666 has taken on is still in the culture with significant impact regardless of what God originally had scribed.]

What Herb thinks Overview

It's now you see it, now you don't. I've always wondered if the EU heads twice picked the number 666 on purpose. After what's been happening at the EU's offical Website, I don't think they did. I think they just goofed up. In fact, I suspect they are wishing now they had paid more attention to their numbers.

More on that later.

End-time events are moving fast. The Russian bear is again on the prowl. The Chinese dragon is lifting its head. And, America appears to be on the decline. Now, even the seventieth week [Considered by many to be a "week" of 7 years" of The Great Tribulation] of Daniel may be in view. In the Old Testament book of Daniel we read:

And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate

(Daniel 9:27 New America Standard Bible).

It is commonly believed the passage above foretells the rise of a strong leader from out of a revived Roman Empire who will make, or confirm, a covenant with the many for seven years. Israel will be included in this covenant. As far as Israel is concerned, he will violate his covenant 3 1/2 years later. In other passages from Daniel, we learn this leader will rise from among a 10-nation alliance (Daniel 7:7-8) and subdue three of the 10 kings (Daniel 7:24).

In the New Testament book of Revelation, we learn this leader will somehow be identified with the number 666 (Revelation 13: 18).

This appears to be exactly what we're seeing. As I've been reporting, a 10-nation alliance did appear on January 1, 1995. It's a 10-nation military alliance known as the Western European Union (WEU). These nations are members of both NATO and the European Union (EU). What binds these 10 nations together is their mutual defense obligation under the modified Brussels Treaty. They are also known as the Brussels Treaty Powers.

Here's where the number 666 comes in. In December of 1998, at their Vienna summit, the EU's heads created the new Office of High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy for the European Union. The holder of this Office would be empowered by the member states to direct their common foreign policy toward Russia, Ukraine and the Mediterranean.

The funny thing is, out of over 1150 documents they generated at the summit, the document that created this Office they numbered 666. I'm sorry, I can almost hear God laughing right now. And, here's where the political intrigue begins.

While the EU heads were in Vienna creating this new Office, Javier Solana, as then Secretary General of NATO, was busy restructuring NATO for the post Cold War era. What later became evident was, now that the Soviet Union was no longer a threat, certain elements in Europe decided dependence on the U.S. was no longer needed. So, Solana divided NATO into two strategic commands. One in Norfolk, Virginia for America and one in Brussels for Europe.

In other words, Solana split NATO down the middle.

In October of 1999, when his term as head of NATO ended, Javier Solana became the first person to hold this powerful new Office of High Representative. At the same time, he was also made Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

This is the main decision making body of the EU. The following month, Solana also became the Secretary General of the 10-nation WEU alliance. These three positions made Solana a very powerful new player on the world scene.

Now, for the second time that number accidently pops up. On June 5, 2000, the WEU adopted its Assembly Recommendation 666. Once again, there was a direct connection to a possible prophetic event. Among other things, this document recommended keeping the 10 Brussels Treaty Powers together as the EU's new military wing and giving the EU's High Representative emergency powers. (Do you hear any laughing?)

The following month France, one of the 10 WEU nations, took over the EU's six month rotating presidency. France immediately began implementing Recommendation 666. France announced that the Assembly of the WEU would become the temporary assembly for the EU's new 10-nation military wing.

Keep in mind, the Assembly of the WEU is the same body that adopted Recommendation 666.

The infamous Solana Decision soon followed. This decision removed from public view all documents that the Council (Solana) thought should be kept secret. This move was interpreted by some to be a military coup. Looking back, it's obvious what occurred. The stage was set for a 10-nation takeover of the EU. And, it was done implementing Recommendation 666.

In June of 2003, Solana delivered his 10-page security doctrine to the EU heads at their summit in Greece. It was titled, A Secure Europe in a Better World. It had three basic parts. One: It called for establishing economic and political stability through the EU's neighborhood.

Two: It called for establishing a new international order.

Three: It called for increasing the EU's civil and military capabilities to better combat rogue states and weapons of mass destruction.

The amazing thing about Solana's doctrine was how everyone loved it. It not only pulled together the EU states who were still bickering over the Iraqi War, it made possible a major new security treaty with Washington. Although many elements of this treaty are still secret, it basically established a joint EU/US effort in an international war against terror.

I document these amazing events in my book. And, also in my book, I often say that if these events are what I think they were -- fulfillments of Bible prophecy -- then they would lead to a seven-year covenant with the many.

At the time, I thought "the many" meant the majority in Israel. But, recent news suggests "the many" means many nations including Israel. In fact, it means a revived Roman Empire.

You see, the EU's Euro-Mediterranean Partnership for Peace (Euro-Med) covenant with the many, combined with its new Neighborhood Policy (ENP) and the seven-year European Neighborhood Policy and Instrument (ENPI), may set the stage perfectly for the seventieth week of Daniel.

Unlike the US who's military is the primary weapon in the war against terror, the EU's primary weapon is economic.

The Euro-Med, combined with the new ENP, is the EU's way of exercising its influence over the region. And, its Solana's new security doctrine in action -- in fact, in action plans. I'll explain that shortly. The Euro-Med, as it sounds, is aimed at the Mediterranean region. It's sometimes called Euromed. In other words, EU Romed -- an EU revival of the Roman Empire.

Back to the man behind it all. The Euro-Med covenant with the many was negotiated by Javier Solana back in 1995. The agreement was between the then 15 EU member states and 12 Mediterranean states -- including Israel and the Palestinian Authority. In fact, I suspect it was Solana's skill in negotiating this agreement that caused then Secretary of State Warren Christopher to suggest Solana as head of NATO to President Clinton.

The Euro-Med Partnership, however, failed in achieving its goals. So, the EU's new ENP is Solana's way of reviving and confirming his dying Euro-Med. And, interestingly, starting on January 1, 2007, this confirming action will be for a seven year period.

Here's where those action plans I mentioned come in. You see, the ENP is a huge package of different types of deals for each participating nation. These deals are called action plans. They are custom tailored to meet the needs of each country and a monitoring program is included.

That means, if the country fails to perform as required, the agreement could be terminated. The bottom line is, this is Solana's way of getting action on his Euro-Med and bring the participating nations into compliance. Israel was the first to sign its ENP action plan. Suddenly, peace seems possible.

You see, the Arab countries, including the Palestinian Authority, are also lining up for their action plans. And, if Solana is going to be monitoring all these nation's compliance to their action plans, why not go for it? Peace and security is on the Middle East horizon.

Here's where the seven-year element comes in. The EU has a seven-year budget term. So, Solana's people have drawn up a new funding instrument for the ENP that will take over when the EU's next budget term begins on January 1, 2007.

Since the EU fits its political agenda to its budget term, this instrument will be to finance Solana's foreign and security policy objectives for seven years.

On January 1, 2007, the new instrument will begin funding all the action plans and deals for all these many nations. The long-term plans will be up to seven years. Again, there will be monitoring and reporting mid-term. A total review is to be completed by December 31, 2011. Friends, the purpose for the ENP is to revive and confirm an existing covenant with many that was dying.

You see, the reason this may be important is because many language scholars believe Scripture actually says the coming Antichrist will "confirm," or "make stronger," or "revive," an existing agreement -- not make a new one. If you recall, the Euro-Med Partnership was negotiated by Solana back in 1995. It was literally a covenant with many.

In other words, the new ENP is Solana's way to revive and confirm his existing Euro-Med covenant with many.

Perhaps that's why the speech that was given by Margot Wallstrom was suddenly modified. If you've been following my commentaries, you know what happened. Wallstrom gave a speech at the inaugural meeting of the the Euromed Assembly in Cairo. This was an assembly of "the many." It included representatives from all the Euro-Med nations. In the speech she said:

"As I have tried to point out, the European Neighborhood Policy does not replace the process launched ten years ago in Barcelona.

It renews it, clarifies it and breathes fresh life into it. It was with this statement that the lights went on.

Suddenly, I realized the purpose of the ENP was to do exactly what the prophecy foretold -- revive and confirm an existing covenant with the many for one week.

Amazingly, after I posted three commentaries about my realization, the speech was suddenly taken down from the EU's Website. When it came back up, it had been modified. What had been changed? It had been changed so the realization I had arrived at would no longer be so evident. For example, the above was changed to say:

"The European Neighborhood Policy does not replace the process launched ten years ago in Barcelona. It adds to it and makes things happen."

Do you notice the difference? The idea that the ENP is reviving and confirming a covenant that was dying is almost lost in the second edition. This was done all through the speech.

Was FulfilledProphecy responsible for this sudden change? If so, that would mean there are those who do not want what they're doing to be connected in any way with Bible prophecy. If you recall, I started out by saying I didn't think the EU heads twice used the number 666 on purpose.

This retro-speech is why I've come to believe this. I don't think they want the attention a biblical connection could bring.

Moving on, we still have to consider the EU's new Constitution of Rome. Besides the extended powers provided Solana -- powers that will rival the new EU Presidency -- the new Constitution sets a headline goal of 2010 for all Solana's civilian and military peace-keeping/peace-making capabilities to be deployable.

These broad-ranging assets include 9 battle groups, heavy lift aircraft, aircraft carrier, satellite communications and much more.

Here's the way I see it: Beginning on January 1, 2007, Solana will have a huge expense account with which to confirm his Euro-Med and implement his three-part security doctrine for the EU's next seven-year budget period. And, it's not hard to see how Solana's grand scheme could fall apart. If so, it's also not hard to see how Solana's emergency powers could be invoked 3 1/2 years later in 2010 when all his civilian and military capabilities are in place. It's also easy to see how Solana could receive emergency authority to act for the remaining 3 1/2 years of the seven-year term.

Now, we have more to consider. In March of 2005, one year after the Madrid train bombings, world leaders met in Madrid to discuss the EU's and the international community's war against terror. The conclusion? America and Britain have been doing things all wrong.

And, as far as the EU was concerned, nothing much had been accomplished over the last year. Why? Because the EU member states were reluctant to give Solana what he needed to get the job done.

What this really meant was, the EU "big three" -- France, Germany and the UK -- were still standing in Solana's way. In other words, in order for Solana to do his job leading the EU's foreign and security policy, the EU "big three" must somehow be subdued. Interestingly, the EU "big three" leaders were all on the scene in 1999 when the Office of High Representative was first occupied by Solana. And, they were all members of the 10-nation alliance.

Question: Could these be the three kings who are destined to be subdued by the coming Antichrist?

Friends, the prophetic picture appears to be before us. The stage may already be set for all the events of the seventieth week of Daniel. The strange thing is, once again few appear to be noticing all these events as possible fulfillments of prophecy. Except for a few recent reports by Jack Kinsella and Hal Lindsey (that I'm thankful for), I continue to be alone reporting this news in detail.
