This has to be sarcasm. If you sign up for the job, you are told that you are limited to the money it pays, PERIOD Anything else is like " Mordida, the bribes demanded by every jerkwater official you enconter in Mexico.

That's right. Every public servant should be paid at least $1,000,000 per year so they won't be tempted when drug dealers try to bribe them. If dealers start raising the bribe money, we'll just double ot triple that $1,000,000. That will stop corruption.
