Well that would ruin it for school trips, youth organizations, etc. Spoiling the fun for everyone isn't a good move, generally. But you are right.

I miss the days when 'Crazy' actually meant something.

This depends on how the trademark is used. For example, if I publish a poster for a bake-off; and I use the Duncan Hines logo, indicating that the cakes are made with Duncan Hines, this would probably be considered 'fair use';

Not if the poster is for the KKK bake Off

I'd offer a place to stay, John, but the flight cost makes a Dollywood visit prohibitive. LOL!

,,, Marvin!! You're the only one who cares! :)

,,, the snappy car's for sale - we just don't get time to use it and with a nine week old daughter, there will be even less time from now on. It's been fun but nothing lasts forever. Let me know your address for the shipping company - you're going to love it!

Uh, I sold my 92' Camaro Boss ... we have a nineteen month old in the house now ... no time or desire to rumble around like that anymore. Shipping would be prohibitive anyway ... what is it, 18,000 miles? LOL
