Thanks, I was too lazy to Google his name and get it right. You are too kind, you should have blasted me for not doing my homework :-)

Lol that's okay, I'm just obsessive about spelling. Comes from having two English teachers for parents.

. I firmly believe they were being recognized for their great work in cleansing Saddam's Iraq from it's WMD's.
And I think one more reason the libs don't want Bolton
in the UN as when this goes down. Bolton will have
the UN in his hand.

I think Coleman has been one of the best freshman Senators ever. In just his second year he is making huge headlines and after his comment to John Kerry last Thursday during the 5 hour debate in Committee over John Bolton's confirmation when Norm Coleman told Kerry, "We had an election and you lost"

I still believe the Bush Administration has the goods on what happened to the WMD's and they are waiting for the best time to drop the bomb on this whole global scandal. George W. Bush plays Chess not Checkers

"We had an election and you lost"Wasn't that great. I'm hoping for a real exciting week. I don't want to miss a thing!
I agree with you about the WMD. I just feel very strongly that they are in Syria. I had read the story of those trucks going over the border at least two months before those pictures came out.

Due to our First Amendment to our Constitution (in the Bill of Rights), freedom of the press makes it very hard to sue the press for libel.
The main item that has to be proved is not that they got their "facts" wrong concerning a public figure, but that they deliberately told a lie from MALICE.
Without malice, there is no case. However, suits have been won against the press.

Newsweek might need to worry more about civil suits rather than any criminal charges

Yes, it would be a lot of fun for some lawyer to get a class action against them by a group of Afghani families.

It doesn't do any good to tell the public, "We are pretty sure they were trucked to Syria."
Then what are you going to do? Invade Syria? We're not ready to do that yet.
Given another 9/11, we'll Moab any place. And if nukes are used against us, some other country will end up radioactive also. But for now, it's best to shoot one duck at a time.
