A Massachusetts activist organization today will mark the one-year anniversary of same-sex marriage in the state by discussing the "dark underbelly" of the institution in front of Boston's City Hall.
The Article 8 Alliance" claims the state's schools have become more active in pushing homosexuality with students, pointing to an April 30 event at Brookline High School.
Sponsored by the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network, the event, said the Article 8 Alliance, featured a "hard-core pornographic homosexual 'how-to' booklet given to hundreds of kids."
"The book was prominently distributed at the first table, right after registration, where everyone would be sure to go," the group states on its website.
The booklet, entitled "The Little Black Book Queer in the 21st Century," contains what the activist group calls "deadly misinformation on health."
Included in the booklet are graphic descriptions of homosexual conduct, including "fisting," along with a photo-spread discussion of condoms and instructions on how to put them on.
Also included is a list of homosexual bars and clubs in the Boston area "for the discerning queerboy." The Article 8 Alliance points out the students attending the event were of middle-school and high-school age.
The booklet mentions abstaining from risky activity, and then states, "But how much fun is that?"
Brian Camenker, director of Article 8 Alliance slammed the pro-homosexual agenda in Massachusetts.
"Contrary to the rosy picture painted in the mainstream media, we've seen an intensification of undemocratic, anti-free-speech activities throughout our state in the schools, in government and in the media," he said in a statement. "Alternative points of view are routinely drowned out by ignoring the message, intimidation, name-calling or lack of proper notification. Even pro-family churches now hesitate to speak out on this moral issue, since it has been politicized by the radical homosexuals and their allies."
Continued Camenker: "Meanwhile, our Legislature and governor continue to support gay clubs in our public schools, which draw our young people into this dangerous and destructive lifestyle," saying he had never seen anything as "bad" as the "Little Black Book."
The associate director of the group, John Haskins, also took aim at Gov. Mitt Romney.
"The one person who could easily have prevented this situation simply by defending the state constitution our Republican governor is getting a pass, even from pro-family conservative media, and has set his sights on the White House," Haskins said. "If he is not exposed as a very, very, very nice man with neither courage nor convictions, he will indeed be a Republican Manchurian Candidate in 2008."
As WorldNetDaily reported, a Massachusetts father who recently protested a pro-homosexual book his 6-year-old son had been given in school spent a night in jail after being arrested by police an incident the activist group mentions as further evidence of a pro-"gay" attitude by officials.
Ping
FYI - this is some very dangerous material to put in the hands of school children.
Unfreakinbelievable!
I am from NY promised myself a while back that I will never live there again in my life. It's no surprise that garbage like this is going on in Massachusetts and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it spreads to the rest of the "enlightened" Northeast.
The people who would even think that writing and distributing stuff like this to kids are sick bastards. If I had a kid in this school district I would immediately see to it that they NEVER set foot into a public school again.
It is child abuse to send your children to government schools.
Why anyone would send their kids to Publik Skoolz is beyond me.
Indeed. To even think that somebody would write this material and give it to school children is quite an eye opener. I hope parents of school children in Massachusetts realize what's going on and take their kids out of the public schools.
Its articles like this that make me wonder if Farah is related to Art Bell.
AND THE BEAT GOES ON ...step by stealthy step.
Are you saying this story is so far out there you don't believe it?
i went to school in cambridge mass and back in the late 80s they started teaching us anal fisting in the 4th grade. bah! horrible memories. Thank god we didnt see any pictures.

Dark Underbellies R Us
It really grieves my heart to read it's been going on that long...
I suddenly feel like I need a shower.
Aren't there enough outraged Catholics in the state to do something about this? Maybe not. Maybe the entire state is a lost cause.
ping!
First of all most here on FR went to public school so you are off-base.
Second, you are not calling attention to the contents of the book in question; it seems more as if you are calling attention to the fact that the public school was caught as a home-schooler could have gotten away with it.
Homosexual Agenda + Moral Absolutes Ping.
More or less a two-fer.
If teaching the how-tos of homosexual acts to middle school kids is not a moral absolutes issue, I don't know what is.
Know thine enemy is the key here.
Let me know if you want on/off either list.
NOTE: You may have noticed that I have been AWOL for some days, regular life intervened (and as I mentioned to one freeper, all things must pass, and some the sooner the better!) but I will be back on duty later tomorrow, and have a LARGE backload of informative and sometimes hair raising articles to ping out. So there should be a veritable Tsunami of pinging tomorrow.
Just what the hell is it about America we are trying to restore and preserve? I'll get back with you if I can recall.
Most of us went to public school before this crap hit the fan.
And what is your second point? That homeschoolers could be indoctrinating their children about homosexuality and no one would know?
Since the majority of homeschooling families, from what I have seen and read, are often avoiding the very kind of evil that is being described in this thread, I don't understand your point.
We are spending entirely too much money on education.
I cannot , ... cannot... CANT BELIEVE this .... no...
this is just not .... real .... no.
I refuse to believe that a government agency would endorse passing this phamplet out to teens ... no...
Too .... much ... reality ... (sounds of mental fuses blowing).
Ok. I have repatched the circuts. I have a copy of this phamplet. I will be advising everyone about it. Thanks.
Family is the foundation of nations. So if you wanted to destroy a nation, you'll start with the family.
Same as I would do if they posted about the Minutemen or Jesse Jackson to this thread.
My wife and I are involved in our children's schooling and this crap isn't happening at their schools. People who imply that we are abusing our children are idiots and deserve scrutiny as to their true motives.
"First of all most here on FR went to public school so you are off-base."
I went to public school. And I was lied to over and over and over...
That is definitely called 'abuse'.
No, America is the new Sodom.
Government child abuse in Massachusetts. Unbelievable.
nd how close did Kerry the Champion of Massachusetts come to the White House?
Oh dear...
"Is this the future? This booklet was distributed to hundreds of kids (middle school age and up) at Brookline High School, Brookline, MA, on April 30, 2005. It was written by the Boston-based AIDS Action Committee, with help with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Boston Public Health Commission." In other words, the government helped.

How is this relevant to science and how it is taught? Well, the word 'risk' is used alot, but not explained much.
"...but research shows ..."
"Queers are teachers ..."
"Recent medical breakthroughs .."
And, the cartoon character in this little black book is a .... drum roll ... a doctor.
Kids trust 'doctors' don't they? Doctors are trained in 'science', yes?
I found this article to be powerfully motivating, fwiw, and I look at science, being used here to justify 'safe' and 'low risk' activity to kids .... and it makes me powerfully hostile to 'scientists' in general. Just confessing how I feel ...
Perhaps their lack of involvement should be punished.
Or become involved and be thrown in the slammer. Did you click the link to see what happened to the Massachusetts father?
You are a very confused individual. You see an image of a doctor being misused so you decide to be hostile to science. If they'd used an image of Jesus to promote promiscuous homosexuality would you be angry with Christianity? Or would you be angry with the sick people who produce this stuff? Direct your anger at the perpetrators, not the victims.
Yes, most of us went to public school...several years ago...Would you have seen this in your high school? Public schools are very different now.
The most important fact is that this disgusting booklet is being handed out to kids and businesses like Jordan's support it. They'll be getting a copy of this booklet faxed to them.
Then, a biology teacher ran over your doggy when you were seven. But we still have to do science, or let somebody else do it.
Prior to the 1960s, in a common form of the examination of conscience used before going to the Sacrament of Confession, one of the sins listed as contrary to the Fourth Commandment for parents was "sending children to Protestant and other dangerous schools." That's one of the reasons why the Catholic education system was started in the first place. I think faithful Catholic should opt out of the public school system, when one reads about this and other horrors that are taking place. Many have already done so.
That's why we homeschool!
We can't get a spot at a Catholic school in our area so we depend on "Our Lady of Divine Grace" to give us the proper guides.
The Jesuit Urban Center (voted a few years ago by Boston Mag as the best place to meet gays) of Boston and (catholic) Regis College contributed to this effort.
This is sickening. Some people have completely lost their minds and souls.
Excellent idea. The mayor of Boston contributed money to this as well.
Don't blame the scientists, gobucks. They are not ultimately responsible for this atrocity. This is just another case of "science" being twisted by ideologues for the purpose of transforming society. Blame the ideologues, not the scientists.
Personally, I do not understand why every school administrator and teacher involved with this absolute outrage, and every single member of the Brookline School Board, has not been arrested and charged with reckless child endangerment by now. These people supposedly operate in locus parentis -- to protect children, to keep them safe. Where are the real parents in all this, and why are they not screaming bloody murder? FWIW
Are the Catholics in Massachusetts liberal?
