I'm hearing rumors of a new effort at an initiative, this time properly funded and with paid signature gatherers. Gill is gonna give this effort a reall send off, if he isn't careful!

Arnold has already said that in light of the Real ID bill, it is premature to debate this bill. This is DOA if it hits his desk.
