How many African-Americans are there in the U.S., 20 Million?
How many Mexican immigrants are here now, and how many more a day?
I'm surprised the Democrats even pay attention to the African-Americans anymore as their usefulness has been replaced.
There is going to be one pi%%sed off black population when the Democrats start dating the new girl on the block and tell them it was fun, and it was real, but it wasn't real fun. See ya later honey...

Fox was pandering to LA black voters when he apologized. It was all about the mayoral election, and he probably lit up a big cigar.

Actually, I think Tony Villar is more Spanish....
that is why he changed his name.

Uh, Ohio is just down the road from Colorado, where my sister lives...She says Colorado has an enormous Latino/Mexican illegal population with all that entails. They have babies as fast as possible, then bring in the rest of the clan. I live in MA, and I see lots of roofers, lawn workers, factory workers from south of the border/Brazil being a favorite. (You can get forged US papers for very little.) Imagine what the US will be like in ten years. By then it will be too late because the politicians are selling us down the river and our culture/mores/work ethic/and English language will be defunct.

Fewer and fewer of them speak English - no surprise.

Lets split the difference Phantom...
As of July 1, 2003, there were an estimated 38.7 million U.S. residents who were either black or black and at least one other race. This race group then made up 13.3 percent of the total U.S. population.

From all accounts, Texas and Arizona are just about lost. And then there's NY, where the current mayor released his reelection tapes in Spanish first, not English. Once they get the big cities, they have political power not only in that state, but in DC. And they don't plan to go back home. This is now home. Mini Mexico.

Buy a fan or something you have to screw the legs on, and see which language the directions are printed in. English comes way down the list after Spanish, French, German, and Chinese.

This is tragic... but I live in Ohio. Doesn't affect me. Yeah, keep laughing....
I live in Green Bay, WI...which once upon a time used to be a blue-collar, conservative city.
Unfortunately, there is now a huge illegal Hispanic population here. Green Bay is resembling Milwaukee more and more each day.

Actually, Ohio is closer to MA than CO. But the point is valid. The Mexicans won't stay in California. They will fan out and multiply.
As I've said, I see it as a clear and present danger.
I also see that I have no recourse.
I slammed GWB and the Republicans hard in this thread, but no reply. The Bush bots are suddenly, annoyingly quiet.

More of a cry than a laugh. We've been betrayed. But, we have no options. All we can do is watch it happen.

What is happening is the "will of the people".
You are discounting a large segment of the inland California population in the red counties. (LA is a lost cause.) Besides, the "will of the people" spoke when Prop. 187 was passed. The "will of the elitist judges" is the problem!

I'll guarantee you that the next election cycle for president will be all about immigration. Anyone who isn't hard core about fixing it will not have a prayer of getting elected.
What we do now may seem futile but it isn't, it is setting the stage for the next major battle in American politics.
By then we will have broken the Judiciary from the liberal grasp and liberalism will be on the run.
The hope is to have illegal immigration at a feverish pitch during the selection process in 2006 & 2008.
Watch those up for reelection in the House of Rep's to squirm first.
