Anyone who's been in the Army knows that the line doggies do stuff the Generals neither know of nor approve.

American soldiers are not mere order-taking robots.

BTW, the women identified "superior officers" who gave them orders ~ namely the Specialist 4th Class who was having sexual congress with them!

One of the ladies is described as a lesbian too.

My theory of this whole thing is that we had a National Guard/Reserve component taken over by a group of folks more into sexual license than being good soldiers.

They got caught.

My inclination is to support the troops in the trenches. It is possible the withheld photos support the claims of our troops.

Look, the troops in this case know EXACTLY what's in all the photos. If they could have used those photos in their defense, they'd called for them.

Remember who took them!

Who took this photo?
Who are the people in the photo? Anyone above the rank of corporal?

So, who do you think they are, and is it relevant?

There are any number of instances where you can have a prisoner "down" and it doesn't mean a thing.

I notice on his site that Mr. Perkel believes that someone managed to flush a Koran down a toilet somewhere.

I guess faith like that is its own reward eh?!

Graner was sentenced to ten years in prison.

He said he was following orders.

I believe in supporting the troops we send to war.

Based on the photo above, I believe him.

Graner, unfortunately, is a bad actor. And when it comes to the superiors who supposedly gave him orders, it's long past the time where you'd expect him to come up with names ~ if such exist.

Pictures don't cut it if the names are what's important.

I don't believe Graner.

I don't believe Graner.

For some, "Support the Troops" is a fashionable slogan on their bumper sticker.

Look, Graner impregnated a fellow soldier to whom he was not married while on active duty. Her ordinary duties did not take her into the operations area of the prison anyway, and yet Graner enticed her there and convinced her to act in a lews manner. He should have lost our sympathy by now for that act alone.

He is a bad actor.

Those who support Graner and not supporting the troops.
