Unless you have a copy of his signed SF-180, you're not doing your job.
If Kerry hasn't granted their release to the media by putting a reporter's name in Section III of the SF-180, you're not doing your job.
If you don't evlaute what Kerry has asked to be released as specified in Section II of the SF-180, you're not doing your job.

I can see some schmuck talking head on ABCNBCCBSPBSCNN saying, "Yes, he's released his records showing his service to the country", without having accessed or studied them himself. This would constitute 'Heresay' IMHO.

a Top Secret Clearance HAS seen all his military records.
The FBI, since 9/11, does non military clearances.
His most recent one who have been in the spring/summer of '04
when he won the dims's nomination against President Bush.
NO ONE gets a Top Secret Clearance WITHOUT agreeing to have all your records released.
OR pass a FULL FBI check when someone

UFO's I can prove. Kerry is a different matter entirely.
I'd like to point out to anyone reading this that "lurking" is not a pejorative. It refers to the act of reading a forum or message board without posting there.
My guess is that either the form gets "lost" by the DoD or the information requested is "lost" or most likely, sKerry didn't ask for the correct documents and he will never again get around to re-signing the form with the correct documents listed.
He signed it before he didn't send it in.
