If the intel is so good, how come we haven't bagged him 4 years later? If I were him, I'd go to the Axis of Evil.

Real danger of putting Pakistan into civil war that will overthrough the supposedly friendly current government. The border region of PK is alot like outland. The PK Army won't go there and the Afghanistan forces use it for trade. It is truly like the old West outlaw town - except for one thing. They are religious nut jobs with a large following in mainstream PK society. Not unlike the Saudi Royals support of radicals in their country.
