Dear Dr. Kasra Vafadaari, your name is immortal for every true Iranian and forever in our hearts, because you too are now a part of our historical heritage: you’ve joined the ranks of history’s noblemen who have paid with their blood the price to upkeep and maintain our homeland, Iran. That is why we have always said Iran shall live forever. We, the children of Marze Por Gohar, offer our sincere condolences to Dr. Kasra Vafadaari’s family, and condemn this latest in a series of assassinations sanctioned by the Islamic Republic and carried out by their mercenaries who left their trade-mark knife stab wounds that drained the life out of Dr. Kasra Vafadaari.This is not the first time that Islamic Republic’s agents have murdered our national heroes and regime opposition members on French soil. And now, we witness the latest link in the Islamic Republic’s chain murders: yet another murder bearing all the ear marks of the Islamic Republic’s calling card, the same modus operandi used to eliminate over two hundred Iranians who opposed the tumbling theocracy. The Islamic Republic needs to know that it is not reducing the credibility of its opposition by murdering opposition members. Further, by murdering the children of Marze Por Gohar, it is strengthening the opposition’s resolve in their fight to free their occupied beloved homeland Iran with greater determination. Iran’s enemies beware, so long as the blood continues to pump in the veins of a single Iranian of moral distinction and honor, the resistance movement will continue until the Islamic Republic is replaced by a democratic, secular Republic of Iran. Dr. Kasra Vafadaari, your name lives forever in our hearts and the in every freedom-loving Iranian’s heart. Dr. Kasra Vafadaari, we recognize you as a national hero, because you are. A memorial service honoring Dr. Kasra Vafadaari will be held in Kanoon-eh Sokhan’s previous location in L.A. from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 28.
