The family didn't call Leno. The boy called Leno. It's not clear the mother was even there when he called.
This is not a civil suit. The family is not getting any money from this criminal trial. Pedophiles always always pick on screwed up families because they know no one will believe them.

Don't you think that the family got smeared badly enough for the same thing to happen that did with Robert Blake? I'm thinking he'll get the alcohol deal too, just so the jury can feel they did something. I don't think the jurors are going to want to give the family any benefit because Mom is too whacked.
If he does walk, I am hoping that someone keeps the crazy SOB away from these kids, because IMO, he's never going to stop. He's gotten away with too much for too long.

Didn't they prove that the kids opened up the locked cabinet and helped themselves without permission? ANd that no alcohol was given to the kids on the plane...only MJ? Don't remember. I wish we could of watched the whole trial....

Remember, the judge told the jurors they can consider the prior accusations. The boy who is the youth pastor was very credible on the stand.
Who cares whether the mother is whacked ? She's not asking for money here ! From everything I've heard from people who have seen the police interview with the accuser, he was very credible. 13 year old boys who are cancer victims are not known as good actors during cop interviews.

I agree with your assessment. There seems no question that alcohol was consumed on the premesis and that Michael had knowledge of it.
The boys family has credibility problems,so I say acquittal on the molestation also.
A lawyer on FOX News said that the prosecutions Summation was excellent and convincing, so who knows...
