I like what Senator Frist is saying. Please tell him to stick to his guns. The re$ult to the RNC will be remarkable. I and many GOPers have closed wallets until then...
Thanks for the updates, crazy schedule around here today (of all mornings!)
Please keep them coming!
I think Frist is just being a "surgeon", he'll cut you & you wouldn't even know it.
Re#24 Agreed, however, they get eviscerated by the presstitutes when they do. In any event, the 'rats are so over the top these days that they are turning off many of their own. Now may be the time to be 'nice' (at least in public)...
Frist says 6 judges will be in within the next few days.
Bolton confirmed when? Frist can't say with certainty. Says if he can get an up or down he'll be confirmed, and he's working on it, EXPECTS to hopefully have it next week.
Frist says he's just focused on running the Senate now and will be returning to his childhood home in TN after. Hasn't ruled out running for POTUS.
I understand the frustration, I really do. However I try to remember how sloooooowly things move in Washington and that poltics is a game of chess and sometimes poker and chicken, LOL!
We know our guys don't have a benevolent media on their side like the RATS do. Plus, I believe that most people (RATS excluded) don't like seeing a lot of oneupmanship and strong-arming being played out in public.
Could the Pubs and WH do a lot better with communication of message and solidarity? ABSOLUTELY! Was this judicial filibustering allowed to go out way too long? Yes! But I ultimately think the application of some finesse is probably preferable in the long run to the muscular tactics we all sometimes wish for, myself included.
Progress is finally being made. Justices are finally bieing confirmed. Sometimes success is measured in increments.
Geeze, Swimmer up crabbing about Iraq. Yaaaaawn!
Lt. Dan from Forrest Gump, Gary Sinise coming up! (and a little show called CSI)
Swoon!
:^)
Frist would make a perfect next door neighbor, but the leader of the Senate needs to be mean. He needs to keep the McCaniacs under control.
We've known about Gary for years in Chicago!

This is the link that Gary Sinise is referring to.
Can someone post a link for the school supply project that Gary Sinise was talking about?
Thanks
I didnt realize Gary was so committed to the troops!
