A number of people pointed out the loopholes and shortcomings of the PBA ban when it was being passed and signed. Most didn't want to hear it. I don't remember the specific language and don't have time to dig it up, but there was a huge loophole in the language that made it obvious that abortionists would continue to ply their grisly trade without consequence.

When will more and more people come to realize that abortion is nothing less than disgusting murder of the most innocent and helpless who deserve careful protection?
I feel sorry for the young women who still buy into the "blob of tissue" scam. These women learned the hard way.
The more actual information about the reality of abortion is view/read by women, the fewer abortions there will be.
Thay may have gotten caught, but they won't be doing any time.
