Excellent observation, Grampa. I agree with you. She is probably a dedicated jurist, so would not be likely to resign from the bench and run for the presidency, but if she ever did, my guess is that she would win in a huge landslide.

I continue to believe that there IS a big silent majority in America, and if the people only were to have a truly "fair and balanced" media, there would only be some 5% of the population; - die-hard blathering liberal socialist/marxists remaining, who could then babble back and forth to each other.

You know, she certainly stood her ground in California. And I figured that if the democrats filabustered her indefinitely, I'd take comfort knowing she was still needed in the 9th circus. However, I have felt for almost three years that JJRB was destined for the top, and that one day soon, she'd be appointed to the highest bench!

Justice Rogers-Brown is a smart lady with a very grounded upbringing. She'll be a Supreme because they don't come much better! She is not afraid to call a spade a spade.
