My post to CNN News

RE: Arraf: Marines rescue tortured hostages as battle rages... How refreshing to see an honest report from one with first hand knowledge as opposed to the usual slanted, fabricated ones. Hope to see more of these and less of the others.

Yep...not in their name, and "No Rescue for Oil".

Over here is the thread---

I remember hearing an inteview that Ollie North did with a Marine a couple of weeks or so ago...he asked the Marine what they do if they see an injured Iraqi, not knowing whether he is friend or foe...

The Marine said that they would put them over their shoulder if need be to get them to a medical unit, no questions asked....

YEAH, Americans are the torturers!!!!

Yea, well you know the Marine Corps has a long history of never leaving anybody behind. It starts the first day of boot camp and is instilled in every "boot", every day we go out for a run. If anyone falls out of the formation, the entire company turns around and goes back and picks up anyone who has falling out of the formation.

"the Marines showed us the room where he says he was hung by his feet, his head dipped in water and then tortured with electric shocks repeatedly."

I hope the guys in gitmo don't get any ideas...

Ah heck who am I kidding, i wish our guys were doing this. I bet we'd get more information then. Only difference I'd have is what they were being dipped in...oh that reminds me I have to go out back and clean up after the dog.

The man in intense pain that they're trying to get into a vehicle, has been tortured, he says, and has all the marks of being tortured with electricity. His back is crisscrossed with welts. The other man is even ... in worse shape. Their crime was to be part of the border police. ...

Hey, wait a minute, this isn't about gitmo ...

They've so far killed perhaps about 40 insurgents or foreign fighters.

Wonder when we'll just call them what they are--terrorists.

I don't know if you can hear the gunfire

Freelance file report:

It has been reported that there was "gunfire" in an American orchestrated operation near Syria.

You need to investigate to see if ear plugs were distributed to all soldiers and press and approved by the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Noise at Work) Regulations.

Russian gulags would never be this loud.

In addition, the temperature was so hot that it was "cruel and unusual punishment" imposed on those 50 patriotic Iraqi rebels before they were killed by the American Marines.

Stalin's Siberian jails were NEVER this hot!

In addition, the air quality is deteriorating rapidly due to the gunpowder and emissions from the mechaical equipment. Pol Pot always provided cleaner air than what the American Marines do.

Please look into this.

I wonder if Durbin and his apologists realize how far out of bounds they have gone.

""But inside this complex, they found something even more sinister -- four Iraqis who were handcuffed, their hands and feet bound with steel cuffs. They're now being taken away for medical treatment, one being borne away on a stretcher.""

When asked about the suffering of these Iraqis at the hands of their countrymen, Sen. Durbin the Turban was speechless.

Do not ever congratulate a journalist for doing their job. Just because they happen to get it right this ONE TIME .. it doesn't deserve applause.

They should be doing this ALL THE TIME.

When terrorists torture people, then we rescue them, we don't hear anything for all those so concerned about human rights.

What we will hear is that "the marines took prisoners and tortured them - as we saw the wounds."

The Marines came in here this morning, rescued them.

I pray the good Lord protects our fellow Americans serving in the military. They are all heroes.

I also wouldn't be too disappointed if a lightening bolt strikes Dick Durbin between the eyes.
