APOPKA, Fla. -- There's a battle brewing between the American Civil Liberties Union and the Boy Scouts of America.

It's a dispute that has public schools and other government agencies caught in the middle and potentially facing lawsuits, WESH 2 News reported.

For many years, schools have sponsored Boy Scout troops and Cub Scout packs and provided space for them to hold meetings and activities, but the ACLU is now threatening to sue individual schools and school districts if they continue to sponsor the scouts.

When do people running schools etc simply say it's been fun up 'til now, but we aren't playing along any more. Let the ACLU sue, let the judges issue rulings regardless of which direction they rule. Simply say there is no longer an intention to fight these people. Don't waste money on lawyers or time.

Then when the ruling is published, just don't read it. Continue along and let the ACLU sputter. That's what it's good at.

The time is coming when these people must be passively ignored or let's go ahead with the civil war, and let the better side win.

The ACLU's official policy statement reveals that the intent of the ACLU (like the Communist Manifesto) is to undermine the moral foundation, and weaken the fabric of our society.
For example, according to the ACLU's Policy Guide, the ACLU supports the legalization of all drugs (including "hard" drugs, like crack and PCP), public drunkenness, pornography (including "kiddie porn"), sexual perversion, (including sodomy, bestiality, pedophilia, and necrophilia), prostitution (including child prostitution), euthanasia, and infanticide.

On one level, this is how I feel. Change the game.

Eventually though, the people will have to make choices. Principally the police and the ordinary citizen. The conflict comes when the police are ordered to enforced these homosexual rulings. So far I think the sentiments of the police are by an large with traditional values. The conflict with them comes from having to follow orders by well placed homosexuals. To do the duty to which they are bound or to follow the moral sentiments they believe. It's not clear how this will unfold.

Citizens, who by and large ignor activists, have to make a stand. They will need leaders to ignite their passions. Are there leaders ready who can?

It does not matter what most of the county thinks, only what the judiciary thinks. That brings us back to the ACLU. Using the courts they have, and will continue to thwart the majority of citizens/voters.

Using the courts, they are well aware that the desires of the majority are unimportant as they can be defeated through judicial fiat. The are liberals and the liberals know that elections are insignificant if you control or can work through the courts.

You need no majorities, you do not need to put it before the voters. Liberals know that victory at the ballot box is nice but if you control and have the aid of the courts and the press it is every bit as strong and powerful (or more) as having the white house AND both houses of congress.

I have no doubt that the ACLU will find at least one judge who will rule against the Boy Scouts. Then it will be an up hill battle (again) in the country for what was once right and good.

Every day I fear for more and more for our country.
