Got such an email. It missed its target as I deleted it. I didn't want to read about the Democratic Party not being the party of my parents. I have known that for a LOOoooong time!
(steely)
Dems gonna be pissed. That's alright with me.
(* As long as the Liberal Media buries stuff, facts can't speak for themselves unless we bring it up!)
They really should have used this beauty:
"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Sen. Clinton said. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
The video can be found at the top of the RNC web site:

Although this isn't necessarily for moderates right now, serious conservatives need to know what Mehlman, Rove and Bush will never point out: That the sainted Truman and FDR also spoke in a Dean-like manner about Republicans. It's fair to say that they were more patriotic than today's Rats. But the Rats' bigotry toward Republicans and conservatives has very, very deep roots. It didn't start yesterday, or in the 1960s.
I would bet that dems do not have the balls to say that to government workers and their HHHHHHHHHUGE pensions!!!!!
GOP finally grows some genitalia.
Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you," Sen. Clinton said. "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
Exactly. That, my friend, should have been the first shot from the bow, then Durbin, then Dingy Harry, Dean, et al.
Right you are, CalPat. In the heat of the moment there is sometimes a tendency to compare past Rat leaders favorably to the current crop. FDR played the Class Warfare game to the hilt. Dean said we don't work for an honest living -- Roosevelt said we were "malefactors of great wealth." Truman was not above the envy game by any means, either, and he did a very good job of protecting Commies in his Administration. The Rats didn't just suddenly turn bad. They are probably worse, it is true, in being more blatantly anti-American, but that's more because they're in the minority now and are more desperate.
This is gonna make the RATS and their media stooges cry and whine. Great.
Thanks. Many conservatives don't understand this. I don't think we can combat the Rats effectively until we understand how far back their corruption goes. It is rooted in their attitude toward society: dictatorial, therefore anything is justified and all opposition must be squashed. We see it in FDR and Truman, as in Dean, Kennedy, Hitlery, etc.
Stooges like JON STEWART! Awesome knowing he'll be muttering about this use of his comments.
Damn, I'd settle for Democratic pols like FDR, Tuman and Kennedy. They may have been flawed, but there is no doubt in my mind they loved this country. I am horrified by the current crop of Dems who would destroy this country in order to take back power. They are despicable, stupid, dangerous people.
Your distinction is accurate, but it doesn't in any way invalidate my points.
I was not attempting to invalidate your point...only that this group is worse than Kennedy etc. LOL
