... this is really sick and I probably should not admit this... but when they show a bad guy getting tased by a cop..... I always rewind on my TiVo....
at say 265# and 6-3...
and with the ability to press twice her weight with one arm...
no problem.
the tazer stuff is an excessive force measure.
the cop who did it belongs off the force.
