MILAN/ROME (Reuters) - An Italian judge has ordered the arrest of 13 people linked to the CIA for "kidnapping" an Egyptian terrorism suspect in Milan and flying him to Egypt where he said he was tortured, judicial sources said on Friday.
"In the judge's order, it (the abduction) is clearly attributed to the CIA," a source said.

Israel kidnapped Adolf Eichmann and Hollywood did a movie. God only knows what they'll do with this. The guy was a terrorist and as such should have thrown out over the Med.

Well to tell you the truth I really don't think it's strange or outrageous. Any judge in any country would probably do the same. And if you're comparing the case to Eichmann's than remember that Argentina condemned the kidnapping and even tried to get UNSC to put sanctions on Israel for violating its sovereignity.

The only mistake we made was not killing him. If we had killed him on the spot then this would have never came up.
I think that our CIA is out of practice on covert activity in other countries. They should have snuck this guy out on a ship via a seal team transport from a beach.
I know they are trying to get intelligence, but sometimes it is much more politically expedient to just drop these guys in the bottom of a river. Europe & especially the Europe Elite (court) are protecting these terrorists.
They will never work togeather on the war on terror. They are blinded by hate.

Which do you find outrageous..A or B
a: An Italian judge issues warrants for CIA operatives for kidnapping.
b: The US government sending CIA operatives to Italy to kidnap
an individual.

What would you think about the Italians sending operatives to the USA to kidnap people?

Do YOU have a problem with our taking down the terrorists wherever they may be?

I have a problem with the USA not honoring the laws of a foreign country. I take it you wouldn't have a problem with operatives from a foreign country coming to the USA and kidnapping people without prior consent or knowledge of our government. I guess you believe in lawlessness.

"Apples and oranges."
How do you come to that conclusion? Either situation is illegal. If the US placed operatives in Italy to knowingly and willingly violate Italian law they should be prepared to pay the price. If it means prison for US operatives..so be it.
