Big point!! Claim to have a son, daughter, brother, sister, cousin, parent any loved one in harms way in Iraq and get emotional. He will side with you and eat this up. Be vague but know something about the military unit they are in or listeners will out you, you can always claim not to know the details of military life other than camouflage, short hair, and one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer

This is the ridiculous new tactic in bumper stickers too. I have seen a couple of economy cars with Kerry/Edwards stickers next to one or more "Army of One" or "My daughter is in the U.S. Army". On the one with the Daughter sticker, he had a "Wage Peace" sticker along with his Kerry/Edwards sticker. When I drove up to him he appeared to be too young to have a daughter of Army age. I figured this was some lefty ploy, now I know it was.

The fact that a liberal thinks doing stuff like this will convince somebody is absolutely hilarious.

I'm not a huge fan of Jay Severin (although he does have his moments), but these idiots should know who they are calling before they do so.

Jay has been calling Iraq "Vietnam" for MONTHS now, if not more than a year. Of course he is going to say "yes."

?Jay we have been fighting in Iraq for over a year now and have not found any weapons of mass destruction. Is it fair to say Bush has lost credibility.? Again he must agree.

You'll be dead meat if you try this on his show. He's covered this point ad nauseam. This will be the dead-give away that you're not really a long time listener.

This is Jay's argument so you won't be swaying him in your direction; he's already there. He often asks how the US Government can send someone's son or daughter to fight door-to-door when we've got big weapons (MOABs, nukes, etc.) that could be used instead. Also claims he'd rather have every Iraqi die than have one serviceman or woman stub their toe.

These guys are mis-guided if they think this is going to trip up Jay...
