The massacre occurred. Some of the Serb leaders have already confessed and been convicted in court. The Government of the Republika Srpska has confirmed the details and apologized. Mladic & Karadzic are wanted terrorists/war criminals by the Bush Administration with a $5 million dollar reward under the Rewards for Justice program and has maintained a small element of Intell & Special Ops forces in Bosnia looking for them. there has even been videotape broadcast of positively identified Serb forces shooting positively identifed bound prisoners in the back.
