Vampire witch drank blood of street children
Telegraph, London ^ | July 4, 2005 | Viktoria Buralenko

Posted on 07/04/2005 10:38:53 AM PDT by jb6

A woman has been arrested in Ukraine after luring street children into her home for their blood.

Diana Semenuha, 29, believed that drinking blood could fend off a muscle-wasting condition.

She kept the children intoxicated on drugs and alcohol and bled them regularly, selling the surplus to other black magic practitioners. When the children grew weak, she dumped them back on the streets and lured replacements with the promise of a place to sleep and a hot meal.

Police raided Semenuha's flat in the Black Sea port of Odessa after a tip-off.

Olga Buravceva, a police spokesman, said: "The apartment was painted black, with all the windows covered with thick black cloth to stop natural light coming in. The only light came from black candles, and there was a heavy, sickening odour of some sort of incense in the air."

Detectives found seven drugged children strapped to beds and benches, and a large, black knife and silver goblet engraved with satanic symbols.

Advertisement AdvertisementUkraine has an estimated 200,000 street children, whose addiction to glue sniffing and alcohol made them easy prey for the woman dubbed the "vampire witch" by local media.

Semenuha's arrest exposed an occult network in the city.

One of the children told police: "She gave me vodka and I sniffed some glue. But then she came up to me with a syringe and asked me to stretch out my hand … She drew the blood with the syringe and a needle and then put it in her silver bowl and drank it, murmuring in some strange language."

Semenuha, who gave her profession as "witch" when she was arrested, has admitted holding the children. "I let them sniff glue, but I paid for it and took a small amount of blood in return," she said. "But there was no violence involved. I also fed them and gave them shelter."

Police fear she could escape prosecution for corrupting minors and plying them with alcohol because the seven children found at her home have since escaped from care and gone back on the streets

This may beat the German Cannibal who ran the ad in the paper looking for someone he could eat and a man answered the ad. They couldn't arrest the man as it was all consensual.

Wow. Wasn't she worried about getting high off her own supply?

Ahhh...the joys of secularism

This woman was VERY religous. Wrong God perhaps, but she was definitely not into "secularism."

You have to be careful when you are on a crusade against something. Once you become too passionate about it, you see it where it doesn't exist.

First off she was not worshiping God.

Second, this is very much the product of european secularism culture.

Language.?.. Hmm.. Probably American English with a Massachusetts accent..
The population there deals in these practices.. and exports the Priests to Washington D.C.

I said "wrong' God. Second, go back and look up the definition of religion. Before you get even more defensive, I did not say YOUR religion.

You should re-read the last line of my prior post. You are definitely blinded by your quest to expose "european secularism" and cannot see this for what it is.

This was a bizarre and evil woman with an equally bizarre and evil belief system. She was a dangerous whack-job, not much more than that.

I wouldn't draw broad socialogical, political or theological conclusions about the order of the world from this nut-case. There is better fodder out there for doing that and using something like this for your argument merely trivializes it.

I believe they were able to sentence the homosexual (don't forget) cannibal to a couple of years for something or other. They found out there's a whole homosexual/cannibal subculture.

Aren't alternative lifestyles charming?

The homosexual cannibal had several offers of those who wanted to be devoured. The one who finally made the grade wanted to eat his own genitals before being eaten, so his male organ was cut off, cooked, and he himself partook of it (along with the head cannibal) before being slaughtered.

The whole thing is so bizarre, so disgusting, that one can hardly believe such a thing happened.

I'll say this again. She in not worshiping God. There is no such thing as a "wrong God". God is omni-present. She's wrapped up in some cult that has twisted her thinking to believe drinking children's blood is a moral practice. She is a deeply disturbed woman. Grown in a society that rejects God. Housed in a secular culture that produces works like clockwork orange.

A society that is based on the Bible as ours is doesn't produce this type of situation. And when I mean this type of situation, I'm talking about the ugly stories that I see again and again in europe. You just don't see that here. And if you do it's because of the destruction of morality in the last 50 years. A lot of european countries are not first-world IMHO.

I'm off to a party so I won't be available for a while.

And as a side note, please spell check your dramatic, intellectually-serious posts.
