I read Melissa's book. It was good, but by the end I had the feeling she and the Valerie Plame types are part of the CIA's problem. For example, Melissa voted for Bubba, and complimented him in her book for his "feel your pain" empathetic style (by contrast, she feels George Bush is a bull in a china shop carrying out his doctrine of preemption against terrorists). When a CIA officer can't see through a phony baloney Elmer Gantry like Bubba, you know our national security is in bad shape.
