Now that progress is being made in Iraq, Putin wants the credit to ultimately go to the UN ( and indirectly to himself because he suggested it).
Oh, great plan. Those would be the same UN boys that Kofi was bleating for U.S. troops to save in Haiti because they're getting shot at there. What does Putin expect to happen to them in Iraq?
