It seems to me that their "free market" complaint holds no water because the offer is being made by a pure communist government owned entity. Maybe I'm wrong but I still see communist and it's evil twin socialist as enemy number one of the United States of America. Their offer is not a free market offer, thus they can shove it up their happy family triple delight.
