It began with NAFTA. Clinton signed many agreements that were never made public. At the time, Pat Buchanan tried to tell us what was to happen under NAFTA, and he was made out to be an idiot. We have seen that everything he said has come true.

There were more treaties signed by Bush that led to opening up the borders completely. He did this by alerting the Mexicans it was time to come. Remember the speech, "Doing the work that no American will do." ? He and Fox met together and the die was cast, as Congress had already ratified NAFTA, and everything in it. The path for America to be ruined politicially, socially and economically was made clear. The reason for all this: Welcome to the North American Union, where we become citizens of the world not the USA.

With an open border, there is no security.

Shutting up now before I get in trouble.

You're wise. I'll follow your lead.

the admission of some 5 million additional Mexican citizens to the U.S. over the next ten years

considering how many we're going to have with the status quo immigration system, I'd say we're getting a bargain if the government only lets in 5 million

It's not mentioned here, but Castaneda is an Independent candidate for the July 2006 Mexican presidential elections.

WOW! If that is true, that country is in crisis! How many illegal immigrants have left Mexico for Belize or Guatemala? (that is their southern border)

Members of U.S. Congress Offer No Reaction to Blackmail

This writer called it correctly - BLACKMAIL.

These arrogant idiots can't even run their own country, and now they're trying to run ours. Do we have any patriots in our Congress who will tell Mexico that America WILL NOT BE BLACKMAILED?? God, I hope so.

For every picture of the fence they'll also throw in a #46 for free. I'm not sure what that one's all about but the author seems to think it means something.

If sure we'd get the same tripe from any of the candidates, because playing tough with the US wins votes south of the border, and immigration is the most politically expedient topic because the Mexican President who "delivers" amnesty is going to get a free pass on a lot of other issues domestic issues. Castaneda is just stoking the fires, and our leaders are buffoons for not calling him on it.

What is it going to take to change the border situation? Is anyone in Washington listening?

Is anyone in Washington listening?

Yes, they're listening, but they won't do anything. They are waiting until millions more illegals come into America, causing the citizens to become overwhelmed - as we are right now, and we will be powerless to change anything. It's too late for America because the churches are involved in promoting illegal immigration, as well as the media, both written and broadcasting, and much of the Internet, and directing it all are our politicians.
