I don't think he'll do it. If he does it will only be kicking and screaming IMO. He's really gone out of his way to encourage it.
What's marvelous about what he implied is that because so many Hispanics have arrived in the happy state of being able to vote, any threats to their special interests (e.g. their cousins who might want to immigrate), we might end up with gun grabbers if we anger them and conservatives are unelected in the process. It's superb! It's a prime-choice, grade-A fear tactic. I have little to say in response, except: just think how much worse it could be...

I agree, I just think the logistics (if not the politics) would be impossible! It would be easier if they left voluntarily. What would make them leave voluntarily? No Jobs! No Benefits!
