I can't watch TopGun anymore. I keep thinking Maverick is going to want me to read "Dianetics", hook me up to an E-Meter, and sell me a $10,000 package so I can attain "Level Clear."

TFTP.
My video player is messed up. But I'll bet it's like the F4 Phantom II ducted fan model I saw 23 years ago BION. They had video at the show (at a mall) and it was COOL. It was about $1800 back then. I'll bookmark it and catch on another machine.
Thanks

Yeah, but the real one also requires lots of $$$ paid to the same government that'll prod you rudely with a microscope for half a year -without a kiss. BBs are cheaper as well.

Gad, what a nice model! This reminds me of when I was in the USAF, and there was an RC club just offbase where I'd go and observe whenever I could. One guy had a model of a B-17 that was huge, and when he had it airborne, he would fly it over the runway and drop a bunch of those little round impact firecrackers. That was awesome as well.
But this jet is a beauty!

I watched a TV show of an rc airplane meet a few months ago where the overall best was a homebuilt F-100. They also had an F-16. Apparently these scale jets
are pretty common these days.

yea, I used to belong to a club. those helicopters can do some AMAZING stuff that i thought a helicopter couldn't do... I watched them hover upside down, then go vertical with it, do rolls, loops... all that. I wouldn't have the patience to fly a helo though.. the first year or so all they do is hover in one spot like 4' the ground TOTALLY BORING!

Pretty cool. I wish someone had been there to run the camera so we could see closeups of the damage. Why type of "gun" is that? It looks like the one used in the Terminator movies.

Aw, geez, what a disappointment. I thought this thread was gonna be about F14 tractors, built by International Harvester in 1938 and 1939. Them F14 planes are as common as dirt compared to an F14 tractor.
