The contest extended from some period before April 1 to April 1. The so-called "April Foods Day" is NO EXCUSE for a radio station violating the law.

Please show me in the FCC regulations were exceptions for the regulations that govern prizes and on line contest are granted to radio stations on or about the 1st of April.
