Whoa! If the Brits are thinking these things, their government is in serious trouble.
I have been living in Germany for a while now and I can say with more than a fair amount of certainty that the vast majority of people here just do not get it. The topic of the London bombings came up yesterday when I was talking to a German man and he said, in complete seriousness, that what happened was Britain's own fault because they are fighting terrorists in Iraq and that if anything happens in Italy that the Italians will have brought it upon themselves. Then he informed me that Islam is not the problem. He really believed this garbage and the scary part is that his opinions were actually more sane and reasonable than just about every other German I've talked with about this.

Try informing them about the actions of other world powers in teh region. Frnace sold Nuclear Equipment to Iraq and Isreal, creating the nuke race. Germnay sold Saddam his bunkers, weaponary and also helped with nuke programs in Iran. Russia did everything and more than the US. China is getting in on the action now a well.
You should try building a portfolio on Germany's international actions and appeasement of dictators and shove it down their throat as gently as possible so they can see their hypocrisy. Whatever you do do not let them have the last word. Make sure they know the truth.

I believe, as in Britain, the U.S. government fears what Americans will do to Muslims more than it fears the barbarians themselves. This gutter religion is nothing but trouble throughout the world.
Yet the desire to prove that London's Metropolitan Police is not Islamophobic has created grotesque examples of political correctness. Scotland Yard is contributing $15,000 of taxpayers' money to enable a Swiss Islamist academic who is a recognized apologist for terrorism, Tariq Ramadan, to address a conference of young Muslims in London next month, despite knowing full well that Mr. Ramadan had been banned from America.
The result of this bad faith between the government and the governed is quite serious. Now that at last we know who and what we are up against, we are no longer sure that the authorities are on our side.

What makes you think America is free from "The Religion of Peace."
I'm only saying that the Euro Muslim population (as a % of the total) is far higher thanks to Europe getting its immigrants from all the wrong places. The US at least gets immigrants from all over the place - most of them Christian. Plus Euro birth-rates are far lower and they're unarmed, making them a far easier target for takeover.
True. McVeigh and Nichols were/are Christians, I think. A little coaxing and given the materials, took care of their anger. We aren't safe either.
